Simple
and Efficient
Election Ballot Making and Vote Counting System
SEElection gives associations
such as unions, service groups, churches,
professional organizations, and fraternities the
means to accurately, efficiently, and
accountably conduct organized elections.
Candidates are indicated on ballots both by name
and with a small adjacent bar code symbol that
is specific to each. Ballot counters simply scan
the appropriate symbol wherever they see a
voting mark and the Windows-based software
automatically tallies the votes! A single or
multi-page ballot document could comprise a
single election, or multiple elections with
different criteria. Since all ballots used
within the SEElection system are pieces of
paper, physical proof exists of all cast votes.
In addition to counting votes, the SEElection
software ensures that duplicate ballots have not
been submitted and that proper voting standards
have been followed (e.g. that no more than five
votes have been cast on a single ballot for
members of a specific commmittee). Invalid
ballots are not tallied, based on predetermined
election criteria that you configure.
Multiple scanners and networked PCs can be used
to record and tally votes. Single or groups of
computers can be set up to provide two or more
separate counts from the same batch of ballots,
allowing one tallying group to audit the results
of another.
The primary advantages of SEElection are that
vote counts will be conducted more quickly and
less frenetically - and the results will be
guaranteed to be considerably more accurate,
compared to manual counting methods.
