So, you want to submit an inquiry? Fantastic!
Tell us
as much as you can about your problem so we can help you
solve it.
Before you go any further, please
understand the following:
-
We are never going to sell or
give away any information about you to anyone
else, including your e-mail address. Whatever you tell
us is solely between us.
-
If you're not located
within the United States or Canada, it's really not
going to be all that feasible to try and engage us, considering the
potential language and distance barriers.
-
Appreciate that a 15-minute conversation is equal
(and considerably less tedious!) than a dozen e-mails.
We are going to invest our most valuable resources (time
and knowledge) in helping you solve a problem. Please
respond in kind.
We provide an
exceptionally wide range of products and services and
only want to recommend and provide those to you that
address your needs and budget. So, we're going to ask you to
provide us with as much information as you possibly can. You
might not be able to answer all of the questions we ask you
in great detail. No problem. Just do your best.
...
We've been doing this for
so long we've determined that most of our clients' needs
fall into the following categories of system types. Please
read through the following list and click on the one that
most suits a description of what you're looking for. You'll
be taken to a form where you'll be asked to provide
information specific to your needs. Click the last item on
the list if none of the others describes what you're looking
for.
